BarCampLondon6 Tickets - Round 2

The BarCampLondon6 Planners are pleased to announce that the second round of tickets to BarCampLondon6 will be released today, Wednesday 25th February 2009 at 7:00 PM at http://barcamplondon.eventbrite.com.

There are two types of tickets, First Time for those who have never been to a barcamp before and Everyone for everyone else (including those first timers if your list has sold out).

There will be more tickets released at later dates so if you miss out this time, don’t worry. To make sure you are informed of all details about ticket releases and more, let us know your details!

First Round of BarCampLondon6 Tickets Snapped up In Under 30 Seconds

That’s right, the entire first round of tickets, First Timers and Everyone, all 55 of them were all snapped up in under 30 seconds. We knew the demand for tickets would be high, but this exceeded our wildest expectations. We do have plenty more tickets to give out to BarCampLondon6, and we will announce the next release date really soon, so keep your eyes peeled. For those of you who managed to snag a ticket, congratulations, hope you didn’t break the Command-R buttons on your keyboards ;)

We are really pleased how well EventBrite stood up under the incredible load you guys put on it, but it seemed to work, although a little slowly, throughout the entire process. The ticket release happened automatically at 3:00 PM which is really great for us.
